You guys NEED to try these! I have been making these energy balls for years now, but feel like I have just finally perfected them. You know they are that good when your husband asks you to please make them at least twice a week and randomly texts you during his work day saying, "Babe, you should really sell your energy balls. They are incredible."
I have posted about these balls multiple times over the past year on my Instagram Story and a lot of you have asked for the recipe so here you go! This recipe is super easy and takes me about 10 minutes to put together. I hope you enjoy and please let me know if you make them and what you think!
Paige's Energy Balls:
2 cups of oats- you can use any kind, but I use Bob's Red Mill
2 cups of PB- you can use any kind, but I use Earth Balance Peanut Butter
1/2 cup shredded coconut- I use the unsweetened
1 tablespoon of hemp hearts
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 tablespoon of flax seeds
1/2 cup honey
1 cup of Enjoy Life's dairy free chocolate chips
1 cup of organic raisins
1 splash of vanilla
Add everything into a bowl and mix until all ingredients are spread equally throughout. Tip: wet your hands with a little water or olive oil when making them into the balls so that it doesn't stick as much on your hands. Once you have formed them into balls, throw into the freezer for 10 minutes so that they form their shape. Take them out and enjoy and then put into the fridge for up to one week. Believe me when I say they won't last one week or at least they don't in our house.
